The R&D department, located New Jersey, specializes in skincare, personal care, color cosmetic, hair care, sun care, and other OTC products. We formulate based on our clients' requirements, regional and global regulations, and brand needs for natural, organic, bio, and clean products.
Our product development experts work hand in hand with our Internal and External R&D departments. The head of R&D, Venera Stojkoska, values innovation, quality and efficiency. Venera Stojkoska is a cosmetic formulator and innovator with over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Her pharmaceutical background and work on new cosmetic raw materials and formulations have led to several patents in both the food and cosmetic industries. Her creative approach to new product formulation has resulted in groundbreaking textures and superior performing products, which have stood the test of time and have remained in the market for over 15 years.
